The way I set mine up is on the first screen I wrote Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat
On the second screen the name of the exercises for that day.
On Mon, Wed, Fri I do pull exercise on Tue, Thur, Sat the push exercise
I wish there was a copy function so the exercises for the days of the weeks could be copied instead of manually entered from one day to another.
