Simple and good

I like it, I use it because its simple and works and doesnt make me do weird stuff.

But.....I wish there was a notification that told you when your previous exercise log had a note in it. I switch up my routine a lot and I take a lot of notes, and it would be nice to see when I recorded a note.

Also, 6 and 6 plus optimization. Watch optimization but no 6 plus?
